Our Story
STAFFCO HR & CONTRACTING INC. was founded in Surrey, British Columbia — right at the heart of the Lower Mainland's construction and industrial corridor. We saw a gap: employers needed reliable, compliant labour quickly, but existing agencies were slow, opaque, and often sent workers who weren't ready for the demands of the job site.
We built something different. STAFFCO operates with full WorkSafeBC registration, rigorous worker vetting, and two distinct service modes — so whether you need a single day labourer or a fully managed cleaning crew on a monthly contract, we have a model that works for you.
Today we serve construction companies, property managers, small and medium businesses, homeowners, real estate professionals, event organizers, and hospitality and institutional clients across six service lines: construction, warehouse & logistics, moving, cleaning & janitorial, skilled trades, and event staffing. We're proudly based in Surrey, BC — and we serve clients coast to coast across Canada.
